How does the hidden portrait work?
Your photo is carefully blended into a fine art design using light, contrast, and brush detail.
At first, you see a beautiful piece of artwork. When you step back or gently squint your eyes, the hidden portrait becomes visible. It’s a subtle illusion that reveals your memory in a unique and emotional way.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?
After selecting your size and frame color, click the “Upload Your Photo” button on the product page and choose your image. Your photo will automatically be linked to your order once you complete checkout — no need to email us separately.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, high-quality photo where faces and important details are easy to see. Make sure people are visible and not heavily cropped. Older or lower-resolution photos can still work beautifully. Before transforming your image into fine art, we carefully enhance and upscale it to improve clarity and detail, ensuring the best possible final result.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Artwork preparation typically takes 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery within the US usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Product Care
All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.
